Yes! Every Luma order comes beautifully packaged in our signature gift box at no additional cost.

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping: 5–7 business days within the US. Express shipping: 2–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over $50.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime in your account.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You'll be notified via email.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store pieces separately in your Luma pouch. Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and water. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Does gold plating wear off?

With proper care, our 14K gold plating lasts 1–3 years of regular wear. Avoid showering or swimming while wearing gold-plated pieces.
