Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Sale items are final sale
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons
- Personalized/custom items are non-returnable
How to Return
- Log into your account and select the order
- Click “Start Return” and select items
- Print your prepaid return label
- Package items securely and drop off at any USPS location
A $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are always free.
